1. Using Converttwo

Converttwo provides browser-based and server-assisted file conversion tools. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

2. Your files

PDF-to-Word and Word-to-PDF send the selected document for temporary processing. The service is designed to remove temporary source and output files immediately after processing; cleanup is also attempted after failed or interrupted conversions. You are responsible for keeping copies of important files and for having the right to upload and convert the files you select.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use Converttwo for unlawful activity, to infringe another person's rights, to distribute harmful content, or to interfere with the operation of the site.

4. Conversion results and availability

Conversion results may vary depending on the file, browser, and document complexity. Converttwo does not guarantee that every conversion will be complete, accurate, or compatible with every file. The service may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued without notice.

5. Disclaimer and liability

Converttwo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, the operator of Converttwo is not responsible for losses resulting from use of the service, including loss of data or conversion quality. You should review downloaded files before relying on them.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service changes. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new revision date.
