How to report a conversion problem

Including the following details helps us reproduce and fix the issue as quickly as possible:

• The tool you used (for example, PDF to Word or Merge PDFs)
• The file type and approximate file size
• What you expected to happen and what actually happened instead
• The exact error message, if one was shown

If your file contains personal or sensitive information, you do not need to send it. Describing the file type, size, and the problem you saw is usually enough for us to investigate.
